How To Make Dalgona Coffee
If you want to try making the best Dalgona Coffee recipe at home you don’t need very much at all. It is a very cheap recipe and most people will have everything they need already in their kitchen. So there’s probably nothing stopping you from giving it a try.
Dalgona Coffee Ingredients
|3 tablespoons of instant coffee|
|2 tablespoons of fine white sugar|
|3 tablespoons of hot water|
Once you have all of these ingredients ready all you need is a bowl and whisk. You will need to place your 3 tablespoons of instant coffee and 2 tablespoons of fine white sugar into a large bowl. Then bring some water to the boil. Measure 3 tablespoons of hot water and place in the bowl with your dry ingredients.
Then you will need to whisk the contents together for quite some time. This can be rather tiring so if you have a whisk, you will want to use it rather than a fork or anything else. Whisk for 3-4 minutes until the mixture starts to become firm. When it is ready it should stick to the whisk and lift with it.
Now you can easily use a spoon to lift your finished Dalgona Coffee out of the bowl and spoon it on top of some cold milk. You could also place it in a piping back and use it for sweet deserts or garnishing.
